Medieval and Hidden Munich Tour

A tour that allows us to explore the dark side of Munich...

Medieval and Hidden Munich Tour

Munich is not just a pitcher of beer at Oktoberfest or a summer afternoon by the River Isar. From its foundation in 1158 to the present day, hundreds of stories make up the "official history". But we want to show you the true background, what is not told in the history books, but the stories behind the story.

Tour highlights

Munich today is a clean, safe and quiet city… But it wasn’t always like that. The history of a city is made up of heroes, epics and victors, but it is also forged by thieves, rogues and elements of dubious moral condition. The 860 years of Munich’s official history is also made up of those less noble stories and sometimes its citizens are ashamed to tell, but also by legends that, while we cannot always take it as true, always have some trace of real. Through our hidden Munich tour we will walk through the streets of the ancient medieval city, knowing the most remote places and corners, those that although simple sight do not attract attention, hide amazing stories. But we will also know more recent stories, and we never know what we can find behind a unique door…
